What to Expect at Upright Chiropractic

On your 1st visit
This is your first appointment. Your chiropractor will conduct a comprehensive health history to understand your concerns and get to know you better based on the intake form you have completed.
You will need to complete this prior to your appointment via email or upon arrival.
Following this, a thorough examination will be performed, which includes neuro, physical and ortho tests to find the root cause of your problems.
Treatment may be provided if it is clinically indicated during this visit.
Please allow 40 minutes for this appointment, and arrive early if possible to get acquainted with the space.
On Your 2nd visit
During the second visit, our chiropractor will review your findings, explain the condition of your spine and nervous system, and establish a working diagnosis.
Our chiropractor will discuss your personalized care plan and offer lifestyle advice to support your health.
You can also expect to receive a full spine adjustment during this visit.
Please allow 30 minutes for this appointment.
On your 3rd visit and ongoing appointments
This is your standard appointment going forward.
Now you understand what is going on in your health and why you are having such a problem, it is time to focus on an adjustment!
